The big shots of IoT interoperability

The integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) is struggling for one reason: Interoperability. Potentially this could be solved by the use of standards or protocols designed to give devices the ability to communicate on their proxy. There are already a few different competing programs of this nature, unfortunately having too many of these protocols also presents an issue. Each one is backed by one or more of today’s heavy hitters in the tech world. In order to get a good handle on the IoT market and the products that are entering in, it is important to have a good grasp on the differences between the individual standards.

In a brand new article, Adam goes over AllJoyn, OIC, HomeKit,  and Brillo/Weave, highlighting what makes each unique. Read Adam’s full article here: http://embedded-computing.com/guest-blogs/the-big-shots-of-iot-interoperability/#
